From June 14 through June 23, SOLA PASTA BAR will be part of the Black Truffle Festival, presented by Urbani Truffles and Grana Padano PDO.
To celebrate this occasion, Sola Pasta Bar will have a special addition to the menu for the whole week:
Tagliatelle al Tartufo Australiano (Tagliatelle with Australian Truffle), which will be prepared by our Chefs right on the spot in the
Grana Padano wheel.
The Australian truffle has a heady aroma, robust, scented with essences of dried fruit, earth and garlic. The flavor is just as rich, a bouquet of sweet and savory with notes of hazelnut, mint and forest mushrooms.
