From June 1 through June 8, New York City welcomes Italian Restaurant week.
Organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, this initiative consist in a select group of best Italian restaurants offering pre-fixe lunch, dinner, and gourmet wine pairing menus, allowing customers to enjoy upscale, authentic Italian fare at special pricing.
Sola Pasta BarandSola LAB adhered to the initiative and for the entire week will have special menus especially thought for their clientele.
One example? Ravioli Tricolore. After all, what’s a better way to celebrate Italy than with a green, white and red pasta?
